WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The output airflow hood of the testing machine covers the tested object to form a test chamber with a relatively closed space. The high-temperature or low-temperature airflow output by the testing machine makes the surface temperature of the tested object change dramatically, so as to complete the corresponding high-temperature and low-temperature impact test;

Thermal Head

Compared With The Traditional Incubator, It Has The Following Characteristics:

Temperature range: – 120 ℃ ~ + 300 ℃;

The temperature rise and fall rate is very fast, 150 ℃ ~ – 55 ℃ < 10 seconds;

Maximum atmospheric flow: 30m ³/ h;

Real time monitoring the real temperature of the measured IC, realizing closed-loop feedback and adjusting the gas temperature in real time;

Temperature rise and fall time is controllable, programmed operation, manual operation and remote control;

Test conditions: ambient temperature 20 ℃, 30m ³/ h. 5bar, compressed air or nitrogen;
